Bonsucro is looking for an experienced researcher or team to carry out analysis and create an aggregated and anonymised report of Bonsucro’s Continuous Improvement Report (CIR) member submissions. The CIR is a requirement of Bonsucro’s new Code of Conduct, and in its first round in early 2021 over 120 Bonsucro members have submitted their reports.
The objectives of the consultancy are:
- Analyse members’ quantitative and qualitative responses from their Continuous Improvement Reports and derive insights, learnings, and trends, including analysis by membership class and key regions.
- Reflect on members’ responses and identify best practices, potential case studies/examples, and learning that could be helpful to the wider membership.
- Summarise members’ responses and progress and produce an aggregated report to be potentially published in anonymised form.
Deadline for submission of proposals is 30th July 2021.
