Business Development Manager
A newly created role for an individual who is looking for the opportunity to take ownership, drive growth and be part of a global team while leading the development of new services and income opportunities.
The Business Development Manager role will be required to work closely with respective Regional Directors and program delivery managers in identifying, developing and delivering toward priority new services and products seen as providing value to the members. The position can be based anywhere within the general confines of a sugarcane producing region or be based at Bonsucro’s central office in London, UK. The role does require a moderate amount of global travel for new business development and oversee successful regional delivery.
The role is focused on growing and diversifying Bonsucro’s overall revenue from programmes, products and services. The key focus of new business delivery is aligned with Bonsucro´s vision as a platform for change based on providing valuable services and products to our members supporting attainment of continuous improvement in farming and milling operations.
The role will be instrumental in turning Bonsucro’s value proposition into income streams, leading partnerships from inception to full execution and retention. The Business Development Manager will also identify funding opportunities from public and private donors and develop and write appropriate proposals in close liaison with colleagues and members, overtime creating and managing a pipeline.

Finance & Administration Executive
Bonsucro is looking for a Finance & Administration Executive.
In this newly created role, the successful candidate will take ownership of Bonsucro’s bookkeeping and provide additional support to the Finance & Risk Manager on a wide range of finance, HR and administrative matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to build on existing skills, support a growing organisation and be part of a small and dynamic team at the heart of global sustainability.
Reporting to the Finance and Risk Manager, you will provide support with finance, administration, payroll and basic accounts management, as well as supporting the CEO and teams with other administrative requirements as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving the effective functioning of the London office space, and supporting the organisation of logistics in regard to board and committee meetings, staff meetings, corporate level workshops and team-building events.

Regional Coordinator Brazil
A newly created role for someone who would like to support Bonsucro’s Brazil-based members.
Reporting to the Regional Director for Latin America, you will be responsible for supporting member engagement in Brazil and provide regular updates to members on Bonsucro operations. Playing a key conduit role for information flow from regional members back to Bonsucro, you will channel aspirations, wants and needs from members back to Bonsucro. The role will actively work with the Membership Manager in driving member recruitment and retention. It is envisaged the role will be a key support in resolving issues between Bonsucro and its members, and between members, in regard to sustainable sourcing and its promotion.
